Your purchase, access to and use of the website of Abaton Integrative Medicine and any course or courses offered by Abaton Integrative Medicine are subject to legally binding terms and conditions, which form a binding contract (“Terms of Use”) between you and Abaton. Carefully read the following terms and conditions herein before accessing or using our website and purchasing any of our offered courses. Please also carefully read our Privacy Policy found on our website. By purchasing or generally accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all our Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, do not use this website or purchase or access any of our courses. Abaton Integrative Medicine may revise and update these Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy without notice to you at any time. Amended terms will become effective once published on our website. Your continued use of our website and our courses constitutes your acceptance of all changes to our Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy, as applicable.

CAPACITY
You represent and warrant that you posses the legal right, capacity and ability to agree to the terms set out in the Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy and will use our Website in accordance with them. We understand the importance of protecting children`s privacy online. As such, our Website is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 18 years of age or younger. It is Abaton’s policy to never knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 18. If you are using this website on behalf of a corporation or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the ability to agree to these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy herein, on behalf of such organization.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Any Content provided by Abaton in its Website and Courses may be revised, updated, removed and/or changed without notice to you at any time. Any Content is current, but is subject to additions, alterations, and changes in the future.
REFUND
Our Courses come with a Happiness Guarantee. Our Happiness Guarantee provides that if you are discontent with our Courses for any reason, you have the right to receive from us, within seven (7) days of your purchase of the Courses (including business days, Saturdays, and Sundays, holidays, and in effect from the date of purchase and not the date thereafter), to a refund representing the full amount that you had paid to Abaton only. However, the foregoing is subject to the precondition that you have not viewed or accessed more than twenty-five (25 %) percent of our Course, to be determined by us in our sole discretion. If this precondition is not met, you are not permitted a refund in any amount.
RENEWAL
From the date of purchase of your Courses, the same will be accessible only for a term of eighteen (18) months. After the eighteen (18) months’ period, there is an option to renew for a nominal fee to be disclosed by Abaton at the time of renewal, and to be paid by you in a timely manner.
GUEST SPEAKERS
Abaton is not responsible for and does not represent the views of any guest speaker or guest speakers on any of its Courses. You hereby waive, acquit, and forever release, and agrees to hold harmless, Abaton for and from any responsibility or liability whatsoever concerning any information or advice provided by any guest speaker.
OUR WEBSITE AND THIRD PARTY LINKS
You agree that you are personally responsible, and release Abaton from any claims regarding all risks linked with the use of any content or materials found within Website, Site including any dependency on the accessibility, validity, completeness, functionality or the suitability of such information or of our Website or our Courses. You acknowledge and agree that Abaton does not guarantee or warrant that our Website or Courses will continue to operate without interruptions nor that it shall be fully error-free.
